TEST
Testing an item avoids unnecessary repair costs and saves time.
A test is a cost effective and time efficient way to quickly understand if your item is faulty. In many cases we find the perceived faulty item is not the cause of the problem, but something else such as an over flexed cable.

Whether you are time short and need an EXPRESS repair or keep costs down using our STANDARD service, in addition to repairing our aim is to ensure longevity of the parts. Have peace of mind knowing we use original OEM parts and include a warranty of up to 2 years and, in some cases, we can offer LIFETIME free tests.
LOAN
You may need a short term loan whilst your item is being repaired, fill a gap in your stock or a long term loan to keep you machines running. We have many options to help.

- Axis overloads from mechanical jams
- Worn gearboxes that force servo drives beyond capacity
- SERCOS fiber optic faults caused by kinked cables
- Dirty connectors leading to communication dropouts
- Overheating from clogged cabinet filters or failed cooling fans
- Damaged motor and encoder cables causing shorts and positioning errors
- Improperly resetting diagnostic faults without addressing the root cause, which re-triggers the same failures and worsens component damage.
